Listing Description:
This bungalow was constructed around 1925, replacing an older structure that stood on the site. Joseph S. Morgan was first listed living in the new house in the 1925 New Albany City Directory. His occupation was listed as a roller at the Ohio Falls Iron Company, a New Albany firm. Around 1950, the house became home to Ross and Dorothy Coleman. Mr. Coleman was a metal cleaner at the American Radiator Company in Louisville. The house underwent an extensive rehabilitation in 2010-11 as part of the Midtown Renaissance project.
