His occupation was listed as a roller at the Ohio Falls Iron Company, a New Albany firm. Around 1950, the house became home to Ross and Dorothy Coleman. Mr. Coleman was a metal cleaner at the American Radiator Company in Louisville. The house underwent an extensive rehabilitation in 2010-11 as part of the Midtown Renaissance project.
