Listing Description:
This building was home to the Second National Bank for many years in the late 19th and early 20th century. The Sanborn Fire Insurance maps from 1886 to 1905 show this use on the main level. Upstairs, the 1886 map shows club rooms on the upper level, and the subsequent map shows dwellings in that location.

The large mural on the side of the building was painted by artists Andrei Krautsou and Yuliya Puhach in 2020.
