This structure appears to have dated to about 1870. Sanborn Fire Insurance maps and city directories indidicate that it was likely originally located on the corner of 13th and Main facing Main, and was moved south to this lot around 1913. It was modified substantially through the years, including the addition of the front porch in the early 20th century and an addition to the southeast corner.

The deteriorated structure was demllished in February 2020, to be replaced by a new duplex, pictured below.
