Listing Description:
Ada H. Peters had this house built shortly after the purchase of the lot in August 1904. The home was rented to the Harry E. Borgerding family through July 1909. Mr. Borgerding was associated with the H. Borgerding Manufacturing Co., manufacturer of drawer stops, located on Corydon Pike. He also became secretary of the Borgerding Motor Car Co. on Spring Street, and later its president and treasurer.
