The Northside Historic District is located in the area bounded by Culbertson Avenue, East 4th Street, Oak Street and Bank Street and contains several historic industrial buildings dating from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.&amp;nbsp;</description>

Ross and Diana Wallace, pictured at right below with their contractors from DC Contractors, were recognized for the transformation of the Newberry Building (313-317 Pearl Street) to house both their businesses and their residence.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
