This Italianate building, constructed c.1870, features ornate limestone detailing. The photo below, likely from around the turn of the 20th century, shows the original cornice-top detailing. The building was awarded a 'Facelift Award' in 2021 for its complete rehabilitation.

The detail on the Goodbub Building at 213-215 Pearl was very similar, prior to the removal of some of the projecting stone to accomodate a metal slipcover in the 1960s.
