Completed Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) applications may be returned to the Plan Department office at New Albany City Hall (142 East Main Street, Suite 200) or to the Southern Regional Office of Indiana Landmarks (911 State Street, New Albany).
There is a $10 application fee, payable to 'City of New Albany.'
