Completed Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) application forms may be returned to the Plan Department offices at New Albany City Hall (142 East Main Street, Suite 200) or to the offices of Indiana Landmarks (911 State Street, New Albany).
There is a $10 application fee, payable to "City of New Albany."
