Completed Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) application forms can be returned to the offices of the Plan Department at New Albany City Hall (142 East Main Street, Suite 200) or the office of Indiana Landmarks (911 State Street, New Albany).
There is a $10 application fee, payable to "City of New Albany."
