Completed Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) applications may be returned to the offices of the Plan Department in New Albany City Hall (142 East Main Street, Suite 200) or to the office of Indiana Landmarks (911 State Street, New Albany).
There is a $10 application fee, payable to "City of New Albany."
